This rate of growth is three times the national average and will place disposable income at an all time high. In the housing market, 1.5 million Hispanics will become first-time homeowners during the next six years and will enter a peak consumer cycle as they turn houses into homes.

A bit about me:
I was born and raised in Sonoma, CA. I’ve known all along that I never wanted to leave Sonoma – I still live 5 miles from where I was raised with my 7 brothers and sisters. I have the privilege of working with one of my sisters, Carmen Cervantes here at CENTURY 21 Alliance in Santa Rosa. My two boys, Cory and Ramon and our pet - Ali the boxer - are a blast to be around and I cherish those times together. Manny Rivera (Education)

Sutter West Mortgage
Hispanic Loan Division/Assistant Branch Mgr..

Manny Rivera

Manny Rivera
